All editorial content, high-resolution media, bespoke marks, brand insignia, and trade dress on this platform are owned by Carpe Diem Exhibitions or its licensed artisans. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, distribution, or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.

Carpe Diem operates as an ultra-curated marketplace connecting discerning patrons with verified boutique labels and artisans. While every piece is scrutinized for authenticity and craftsmanship standards, the commercial contract of sale is fulfilled directly by the designer boutique.

All catalogue values are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) itemized transparently. We reserve the right to revise valuations prior to confirmation. Payments are transacted through 256-bit encrypted gateways including UPI, Net Banking, and major cards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate patron or vendor access with immediate effect in instances of policy violations, abusive conduct, fraudulent transactions, or actions detrimental to the community.

These Terms and associated policies shall be construed and governed according to the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnal, Haryana.
