We are delighted to provide complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders across India. There are never any undisclosed handling or delivery surcharges levied at checkout. What you see is precisely what you pay.

Every piece undergoes rigorous inspection by our boutique ateliers before packaging. Standard items ship within 2-3 business days. Handcrafted, bespoke tailoring, or personalized jewellery pieces may require additional atelier craftsmanship, with specific preparation estimates stated on the product page.

Following dispatch, deliveries to metro cities generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Non-metro destinations and regional locations typically take 5-7 business days. Deliveries are paused on Sundays and national gazetted holidays.

The moment your parcel is assigned to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and email notification with an active tracking link. Live tracking coordinates will also appear directly within the Orders section of your Patron Dashboard.

To guarantee utmost security for our luxury merchandise, we collaborate exclusively with trusted express logistics carriers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post. Courier selection is optimized per destination for maximum speed and safety.

Please inspect the tamper-evident package upon receipt. If the exterior seal appears broken or compromised, we advise taking photographic proof prior to signing. In the rare event of transit damage or missing articles, notify us within 48 hours for an immediate expedited replacement.
